Dave is a former CFO of RCC College of Technology in Concord, Ontario and a former Partner of Grant Thornton, Chartered Accountants in Toronto, Ontario.
Dave has served as a Private Vocational School industry representative on behalf of the National Association of Career Colleges in preparing and presenting proposals to the Federal Minister of Finance regarding G.S.T. rebates and Tuition Fee carryforwards.
On behalf of the NACC, in 1994 Dave served as a representative on the National Advisory Group in helping reform the Canada Student Loan Act and its administration for Canadian students. Bill C-28 resulted.
Dave currently serves as a representative of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) in consultation with the - Accounting and Assurance Advisory Committee for the Corporate Management & Services Division of the Ministries of Education and Training, Colleges and Universities.
